Jake Simons is the owner of Avalon Property Management and is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service and value to coastal homeowners in Avalon, Stone Harbor, and Sea Isle City. With over a decade of experience in property management and renovations, he has overseen a wide range of residential projects across South Jersey. His leadership, industry knowledge, and clear communication make him a trusted partner for homeowners looking to protect and enhance their property.
Background & Skills
Before founding Avalon, Jake worked as a project manager for a construction company in Sea Isle City, where he helped grow their property management division. His background as a carpenter, framer, and deck builder gave him a strong technical foundation and a hands-on understanding of how to create and maintain homes built to last in coastal conditions.
Local Roots & Personal Life
Originally from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, Jake is a proud graduate of Penn State University and the Home Inspection Institute. Now a resident of Avalon, he understands the unique needs of shore homeowners and is committed to quality craftsmanship, reliable service, and transparent communication on every project.

When he’s not on a job site, Jake enjoys boating, skiing, and spending time with his Golden Retriever, Burton.
